A Global Outerwear and Sportwear Brand is interested in hiring a Part Time Senior Insurance Analyst to help support their team! This position can be fully remote or hybrid if candidates are local to the Beaverton Oregon area.
Description
+ Support the insurance renewal process for workers’ compensation insurance policy.
+ Compiling underwriting information to include payroll forecasts, a list of locations, list of states with remote workers, and headcount by location and by state.
+ Respond to request for issuing proof of insurance to landlords, wholesale customers and other companies as requested.
+ Using internal protocols, validate that the requested requirements fit within insurance policies and submit requests to insurance broker to create the certificate of insurance.
+ Complete insurance premium allocations for property, stock throughput and automobile liability policies.
+ Help manage claim reporting and incident investigations for US workers’ compensation claims, US premises/products/auto liability claims.
+ May provide analysis and consultative services on risk issues and evaluate the impact of risk on the business unit’s or region’s strategic initiatives. May serve as a point of contact for business unit and regional management.

Skills & Qualifications
+ Insurance Exp in Commercial and with General liability.
+ Expertise in Risk Mgmt is a plus
+ Contract review exp can be a plus
+ In depth knowledge of principles, concepts, and theories within own discipline and working knowledge of related disciplines. Applies broader knowledge of industry standards/practices to assignments and others.
+ Experience working with insurance companies
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
