Job Details The Food Service Supervisor is primarily responsible for training, orientating, developing, and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Dietary Staff /Cafeteria Staff. An ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of food service experience and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. Must possess the ability to lead and motivate staff Troubleshoot and navigate departmental challenges that arise Manage staffing and scheduling for over 40 + staff members Overall management and supervision of the kitchen and unit kitchenettes Assisting the department director with innovative methods and ideas to enhance the dining service for the patients and residents we serve Lead with a professional, respectful and empathetic disposition Salary Range USD $27.00 - USD $30.00 /Hr. The pay for this position ranges from $ 27.00 - 30.00 per hour This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
