About Us

Sunnyside Adult Residential Facility is a mental health facility for adults ages 18-59 located in Torrance, CA. We are a residential facility with a capacity of 118 beds. Sunnyside ARF partners with local Department of Mental Health Branches and local Full Service Providers to give a healthy and stable environment to our residents.

Job Description

+ Answers front desk phone

+ Maintains bill pay platform

+ Credit Card Reconciliation

+ Submits accounts payable receipts

+ Processes resident checks in PCC

+ Maintains personnel folders

+ Conducts outreach as needed for future residents

+ Supports administrator and resident services manager with day to day happenings

Requirements

Qualifications

+ Exceptional communication and customer service skills

+ Computer savvy - Google Suite

+ Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

+ Ability to multitask and prioritize

+ 2 years Healthcare Admin Assistant experience

Ideal Candidate:

+ Friendly with great attitude and customer service skills

Shift:

Full-Time

Monday - Friday

8:30 am - 5:30 pm

We take great pride in meeting or exceeding CDC and CMS standards. On-site experts provide teaching, coaching, and support on infection prevention practices. In addition, we maintain an abundant supply of PPE, including N95/KN95 masks, for all who provide care and services to our patients and residents. Our multiple testing capabilities, including Point-of-Care (POC) testing, are available at every location and comply with CMS and local guidance
