About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate at NVR, you will play a key role in supporting our Homebuilding team through the Material Add-Order Call Center. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive mindset will be essential in ensuring timely and accurate material deliveries to our field teams.
This is a fully onsite position, based in our Frederick, MD office, five days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Respond to incoming emails and calls from contractors, costing managers, and project managers regarding material shortages
+ Research material requests, enter shortage details, and apply appropriate reason codes to Add-Order Forms
+ Coordinate with ASD, Procurement, Distributors, Contractors, and Homebuilding teams to facilitate material deliveries
+ Recommend and implement best practices to improve call center operations
Qualifications
+ Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ High energy with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
+ Exceptional attention to detail
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional team environment
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
+ Customer service experience
+ Knowledge of residential homebuilding
