Project Manager - Conversions

What does a successful Project Manager, Conversions do at Fiserv?

As a successful Project Manager, Conversions, you will be a key contributor in the Conversation and Implementations organization, working directly with clients providing project management responsibilities for conversion and start-up projects.

What you will do:

+ Manage various types of projects within time, cost and quantity measures

+ Lead project planning, including scope definition, resource planning, project plan definition and schedule development

+ Solicit and document requirements clearly and concisely

+ Secure resources and assign work to resources in coordination with resource managers

+ Manage hours expended and track against initial sizing estimates

+ Manage execution and coordinate with the team on completion of the project plans

What you will need to have:

+ 4+ years of experience in business and IT program and project management

+ 3+ years experience with Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint

+ 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry

+ Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology/software enhancements to clients

+ Ability to represent technical delivery tasks to non-technical and/or business resources

What would be great to have:

+ Project Management Professional, (PMP) certification

+ Experience in the Credit Card Issuing and/or software industries

+ Familiarity with Project Management tools
