Summary
Responsible for teller transactions processed through the ITM, cross-selling bank products/services and resolving customer service issues. Process transactions with accuracy and efficiency while delivering an overall professional customer service experience
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:
+ Process transactions for and assist customers using interactive teller machines (ITMs); reviewing checks deposited at ITMs to determine authenticity and hold placement; balancing ITM transaction batches and sending the files to be uploaded;
+ Processing and approving mobile deposits; reviewing checks deposited to determine authenticity and hold placement; creating and maintaining users in mobile deposit database;
+ Processing mail deposits/payments; reconciling various teller accounts; placing service calls for branch equipment; collecting and approving required forms from tellers; filling supply orders for branches;
+ Collaborating with other departments to create reports required for compliance; assist supervisor and department lead with special projects as requested
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
+ + Customer and Personal Service -- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Above average performance of these skills is preferable.
+ If hired for a bilingual position Must be proficient in both English and Spanish language.
+ Excellent attention to detail.
