    The Difference You Make:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join the CFO organization of our Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division in the US. The day-to-day activity of the ACPM team is heavily focused on decision making at origination and close interaction with the front office teams. The candidate will be supporting the business approval process based on risk adjusted returns, Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) utilization and expected client performance, to ensure alignment with the business decision making process to optimize the Return on Capital and value to shareholders. The work will not be limited to the approval process but will also involve ad-hoc analysis of the portfolio and market environment with the objective to optimize pricing and profitability for the overall division. The ideal candidate should possess financial expertise, understanding of the banking industry and products, attention to details and strong analytical skills.

     

    + Transactions ex-ante profitability estimation.

    + Portfolio management – correlation / concentration, preventive management.

    + Strengthen Decision-making: Collaborate with senior management to enhance the decision-making process by providing comprehensive analysis and insights into regulatory capital implications for corporate and investment banking activities.

    + Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, risk management teams, finance, and compliance departments, while maintaining effective communication and collaboration across regions and functions.

    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience within the corporate and investment banking industry

    3+ years; Experience as an analyst or equivalent experience within the corporate and investment banking industry

    + Knowledge of financial instruments, valuation, risk management, and regulatory frameworks, including Basel III guidelines, Dodd-Frank Act, and relevant U.S. and European banking regulations.

    + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret, analyze, and communicate complex data and reports effectively to support decision-making processes.

    + Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, regions, and regulatory bodies.

    + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

    + Solid Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

    + Knowledge and understanding of banking industry: products, services, operational policies, and procedures

    The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

     

    Salary: $54,375 - $92,500/year
