Pegasystems is seeking a driven and results-oriented Hyperscaler Partner Manager to scale our hyperscaler business in our partner ecosystem! In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind expanding our joint customer base, fostering co-innovation, and maximizing the value of our hyperscaler collaborations. You will serve as the primary liaison between Pegasystems and our hyperscaler partners (GCP/AWS), orchestrating seamless communication, alignment, and execution across all levels. What You'll Do at Pega:
+ Strategic Partnership Development:Cultivate and nurture deep, multi-faceted relationships with hyperscaler partners, spanning sales, marketing, product, and technical teams. Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned to cloud migration, co-create go-to-market strategies, and drive joint solution development to accelerate cloud transformation through Pega's low-code platform for AI-powered decisioning and workflow automation.
+ Go-to-Market Strategy Development:Create and execute innovative GTM strategies for cloud migration, tailored to each hyperscaler's unique ecosystem and customer base. Develop joint value propositions, solution positioning, and competitive differentiation strategies. Establish co-selling motions that leverage hyperscalers' marketplace platforms and field sales organizations to accelerate pipeline generation and deal velocity.
+ Ecosystem Development and Enablement:Build and nurture a thriving ecosystem of implementation partners, ISVs, and technology partners around our hyperscaler relationships. Create enablement frameworks, certification programs, and incentive structures to drive partner engagement and capability development. Equip Pega's sales and technical teams with the knowledge and tools to effectively position and sell our solutions on hyperscaler platforms. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development, ensuring our teams stay ahead of the curve on cloud technologies and best practices.
Who You Are:
+ Proven Track Record:10+ years of experience in alliances, consulting services, business development, or a related field, with a demonstrated history of success in building and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with large hyperscaler cloud providers.
+ Hyperscaler Cloud Expertise:Deep understanding of major hyperscaler cloud ecosystems, including their products, services, and partner programs. Experience working with multiple hyperscalers (AWS, GCP) and existing relationships within these organizations are a plus.
+ Program Management Excellence:Strong track record of designing and managing complex partner programs with clear governance structures, metrics, and execution frameworks. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive consistent results across multiple partnership initiatives.
+ GTM Strategy Development:Experience creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technology partnerships, with demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue growth through partner channels and marketplaces.
+ Sales Acumen:Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close complex sales opportunities. Experience working with channel partners and navigating co-selling motions, with a focus on consultative sales solutions skills.
What You've Accomplished:
+ Technical Aptitude:Solid grasp of cloud computing, SaaS, enterprise software, cloud-native, dev-ops, and microservice architecture. Understanding of BPM (Business Process Management) or automation platforms is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively with technical audiences and translate complex concepts into business value.
+ Communication and Collaboration:Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. A collaborative mindset and a passion for teamwork.
+ Entrepreneurial Spirit:Self-starter with a bias for action. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and taking ownership of initiatives. Creative thinker with the ability to adapt to new opportunities while maintaining focus.
