    What you will do

    As the Beverage Concept & Program Manager, you will drive Beverage Programs at Walt Disney World. Integrate Beverage initiatives into the business strategy and lead large-scale projects with your expertise in project management and change.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and integrate Beverage Programs across Walt Disney World

    • Manage and implement non-alcoholic, beer, wine, and spirits initiatives

    • Develop and maintain Beverage Training project plans

    • Identify and manage optimization and transformation opportunities

    • Partner with various teams to update standards, recipes, and processes

    • Ensure a diverse beverage program through sourcing and substitutions

    • Maintain a visible presence to support and assess implementation efforts

    Who you are

    The Beverage Concept & Program Manager should have experience and knowledge in both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage categories and building beverage programs. Required skills include strong communication (verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation), strategic and systems thinking, excellent research, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Relationship building and integration skills are essential. The candidate must have a proven ability to lead and influence change within an organization, including influencing audiences at various levels in a multi-faceted organization.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Extensive experience in project management and leading large-scale projects

    • Knowledge of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

    • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills

    • Proven ability to lead and influence change across an organization

    • Experience developing and maintaining training project plans

    • Demonstrated understanding of operations, strategy, and finance to make informed decisions and drive profitability and success

    • Comfortable with presentations for Operations teams and Executive Leadership

    • Exceptional relationship building and integration skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Wine, Spirits, or Cicerone Certifications

    • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)

    • 10 + Years of experience within the Beverage Industry

    Additional Information:

    The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
