    Required Education/Experience

    + High School Diploma/GED and minimum of 5 years related experience

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to manage numerous security incidents concurrently, is required.

    + Experience with the Contractor Oversight System, is preferred.

    + Prior experience working with security guard companies is preferred.

    + Knowledge of the different types of security guard licenses utilized at CEI a plus, is preferred.

    Licenses and Certifications

    + Driver's License Required

    Physical Demands

    + Perform extended driving through heavy traffic and severe off-road conditions

    + Ability to climb ladders and stairs

    + Stand, walk, and climb ladders and stairs for the duration of the workday

    + Wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), i.e. fire-retardant clothing and safety harnesses

    + Work rotating shifts, including nights, midnights, weekends, and holidays

    + Use personal vehicle(s), and be able to transport, store, and secure company laptops and other job-related equipment in vehicle. Acknowledge that reimbursement for use of personal vehicle is available through the company mileage procedure

    Additional Physical Demands

    + Must be able to respond to Company emergencies by performing a System Emergency Assignment to restore service to our customers.
