Reports To: Director of Premium Experiences & Sales

ASM Global is looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join the team at Soldier Field. This role focuses on driving event sales, building client relationships, and creating premium experiences for corporate and private clients. The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, a client-first mindset, and a passion for delivering high-end, customized events.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with the Director of Premium Experiences & Sales to develop and implement innovative sales strategies for private event bookings.
+ Target key industries and potential clients, including corporate clients, large-scale private parties, and more.
+ Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, research, and outreach.
+ Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring consistent communication and a personalized approach to meet their needs.
+ Act as a primary point of contact for high-value event clients.
+ Manage the private event booking process, including handling inquiries, coordinating calls, conducting site visits, and engaging with prospective clients to successfully secure business.
+ Develop and execute a sales pipeline to drive revenue for premium and private events.
+ Maintain sales goals, track performance, and report directly to the Director of Premium Experiences & Sales.
+ Work with the Director to shape the vision for premium experiences at Soldier Field, targeting the luxury and high-net-worth client base.
+ Create tailored event packages and bespoke solutions that appeal to elite clients.
+ Work hand-in-hand with internal teams to ensure successful execution of all private events.
+ Manage timelines, contracts, and event details, and monitor event setup and teardown.
+ Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and premium event innovations. Utilize this knowledge to adjust strategies, improve the customer experience, and position Soldier Field as a top-tier venue.
+ Conduct meetings and consultations with prospective clients to assess their event needs, understand their vision, and present suitable packages or customized event solutions.
+ Work with clients to personalize events based on their requirements, budget, and vision, offering tailored solutions when needed.
+ Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets by securing event bookings.
+ Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials, advertising campaigns, and digital content that attract event clients.
+ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications. Provide regular reports to management regarding sales progress and key metrics.
+ Complete other duties and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
+ Proven experience in sales, event management, or a related field, with a strong focus on luxury or premium experiences.
+ Strong understanding of the luxury event market and high-net-worth client expectations.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
+ Strong analytical skills to assess sales data and adjust strategies as needed.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Working Conditions: This position may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. Some travel may be required for client meetings and site visits.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000
