Position Summary
As an Off-Road Specialist for Bridgestone your primary mission will be to support the overall Aftermarket Parts Program in your assigned market. The right candidate for this role will have a strong knowledge of Aftermarket Parts and Accessories, specifically within the off-road parts categories, and has a self-starter mentality to drive and deliver the best customer experience in our stores. The right applicant will have a passion for off-road vehicles and tires, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to travel within their assigned market. This role requires an active presence in our stores, earning the loyalty of our customers, and involvement in the local enthusiast community is key as we build our brand presence and credibility in the space. With support from your Region leadership team and various proprietary operations management tools, you will have the resources you need. This position is ideal for you – a parts enthusiast with the strong selling skills needed to help drive a newly created Aftermarket Sales Program within Bridgestone Retail Operations.

Responsibilities
+ Utilize product knowledge to promote and sell applicable aftermarket parts & services in stores to customers
+ Operate within an agile environment, adopting and executing innovative processes and procedures with flexibility
+ Willingness to share recommendations for how to continuously improve the program or expand training and development opportunities for store teammates
+ Create relationships with car clubs or local enthusiast communities to generate exposure for Bridgestone's Aftermarket Parts Program to drive customer acquisition, engagement, & retention
+ Support technicians within the assigned market to ensure they are following safety policies and procedures related to the installation of Aftermarket Parts
_Miscellaneous Functions:_
+ Attends all Store, Area, and Special meetings as required by Store or Area management.
+ Operates P.O.S. terminal.
+ Practices courtesy, honesty, and good judgment with all customers and store teammates.
+ Other duties and tasks as assigned by Store or Area manager.
Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
+ Proven experience in sales or customer service, automotive knowledge a plus.
+ Demonstrates strong proficiency with general aftermarket parts for Trucks, SUVs, and Jeeps: including lift/leveling kits, wheel & tire applications, and enthusiast accessories.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
+ Basic computer skills and proficiency with relevant software.
+ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
+ Valid driver’s license
+ Resides in assigned market.
+ Must be willing to travel. Primary travel will take place around assigned market, infrequent travel to company headquarters in Nashville, TN may also be required.
