    Salary: $725 / Week

     

    Dietitian Opening - Rhode Island

    Position details:

    + Must be registered with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) & must be an active Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist in the State of RI.

    + Responsibilities: Provides Medical Nutrition Therapy for Medical/LTAC in-patient units.

    + Conducts nutrition screen for patients upon admission and establishes nutritional risk.

    + Completes a comprehensive nutrition assessment for patients, reassessments, and develops individualized nutrition plan of care.

    + Participates in interdisciplinary care planning.

    + Provides recommendation for diet orders, nutrition supplements, and tube feeding regimens.

    + Provide therapeutic diet education to patient/family as needed.

    + Pay rate - $40/hr.

    Hours:

    + Part time/Full time 25-40 per week.

    + Hours roughly 8:00am-4:00pm

    Credentials Required:

    Resume

     

    State License - Registered Dietitian

     

    Covid Proof

    CPR/BLS

    TB (2-step, Tspot or Qauntiferon - within 1 year of start date)

    MMR

    Varicella

     

    Tdap (within 10 years of start date)

     

    HepB or Declination

     

    Flu or Declination (vaccine proof must be current year)

     

    Annual Physical (within 1 year of start date)

     

    Driver’s License
