    Responsibilities

    + Receiving requests for service and matching staff to patient needs

    + Inputting patient and staff schedules and generating weekly calendars

    + Supporting Intake and Medical Records as back-up

    + Documenting scheduling errors

    + Ensuring full-time staff and staff with guarantees meet weekly productivity

    + Ensuring compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements

    + Additional responsibilities as assigned

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma

    + 1+ year experience in home care setting

    + Experience in scheduling

    + Ability to work tactfully with patients and the community
