Amergis Is seeking highly skilled LCSW or a position in Broomfield, CO 80021.

Position Description: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide input in the development of care plans for patients/clients requiring social work intervention. The LCSW provides counseling and crisis intervention to patients/clients with social or emotional problems across various settings and age groups.

Minimum Requirements:

+ Master’s degree in Social Work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education

+ Active license as an LCSW in the state of practice

+ Minimum of one year of social work experience preferred

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable)

+ Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age

Position Details:

+ Modality: LSW or LCSW

+ Specialty: Behavioral Health

+ Number of Openings: 1

+ Start Date: ASAP

+ Length of Contract: 13 weeks

+ Shift: 11 AM - 8 PM, Monday-Friday

+ Hours/Week: 40 hours

Pay Package:

• Travel Pay Rate: $29/hr x 40hrs= $1,160wk

• Weekly Allowances: $1,435 (Meals $560wk and Housing $875wk)

• Total Weekly Paycheck Gross: $2,595wk
