What You’ll Be Doing

+ Provide behavioral support to students who need extra guidance

+ Implement evidence-based strategies to encourage positive behaviors

+ Work alongside teachers, counselors, and specialists to develop personalized plans

+ Help students build self-regulation, communication, and social skills

+ Track progress and adjust interventions as needed

What You Need to Apply

+ High school diploma or higher

+ Previous experience in behavioral therapy or intervention preferred

+ Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented approach
