    This role leads the coding team, ensuring accurate billing and efficient operations. In this role, you will

     

    + Oversee daily operations, staffing, and performance

    + Conduct hiring, training, and evaluations

    + Maintain quality, productivity, and compliance standards

    + Lead process improvements and manage budgets

    Exceptional skills and qualifications

    + High School Diploma or GED (required)

    + Associates or Bachelors Degree (preferred)

    + One of the following is required Certifications/Licensures: (Certified Procedural Coder (CPC), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS))

    + RHIA or RHIT preferred

    + 3+ years coding experience (required)

    + Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
