Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Daytime Concessions Stand Attendants to join our team at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving concession items while providing an excellent guest experience.

What will you do?

+ Greet guests, communicate offerings, and answer any guest questions in a friendly manner.

+ Serve food and beverage items in correct proportions, follow proper sanitation guidelines.

+ Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, request identification adheres to all alcohol service policies and procedures.

+ Record all waste.

+ Participate in the set up and breakdown of the assigned locations.

+ Help work in the back of house to prep food during events.

+ Perform clean-up duties to maintain the quality appearance of the work area, including cleaning equipment.

+ Record all transactions via the point-of-sale system and informs guests of the amounts owed.

+ Collect the proper money for food and beverage items; process credit cards or determine the correct change for guests.

+ Account for all transactions.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

+ Must abide by our Guest Path standards.

+ Must be at least 18 years old

+ Must have daytime availability

Physical requirements

+ Ability to constantly stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.

+ Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift.

+ Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.

+ May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces.

+ Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds.

+ Ability to withstand variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on the season.
