    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Be the operational **glue** that holds things together – organize, oversee, and energize your departments to meet big-picture goals.

    + Work side-by-side with the Director to plan, grow, and improve services – and take the reins when they’re out.

    + Keep daily operations running like clockwork – whether it’s schedules, staffing, or just making sure everyone’s supported and on track.

    + Champion performance improvement efforts and ensure we’re always meeting (and beating!) quality and compliance standards.

    + Inspire your teams with strong leadership, sharp decision-making, and a focus on collaboration across departments and disciplines.

    + Lead with empathy, encourage ideas, and keep communication open and honest.

    You’re a Great Fit If You Have:

    + A **Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Nursing** (bonus points for a Master’s!).

    + **2–3 years of leadership experience** in healthcare and a love for developing people and processes.

    + BLS or ACLS certification (or willing to obtain if required).

    + A strong grasp of healthcare regulations and a track record of improvement initiatives.

    + Stellar communication and people skills – you're the kind of person others want on their team.

    + A service-minded attitude, a team-first approach, and the ability to juggle priorities without breaking a sweat.

    + Comfort with tech and solid organizational skills to keep all the plates spinning.
