**Position Description:** The Program Manager (internally called a Project Lead) is a key contributor to CORE's portfolio, providing team leadership as well as content expertise in one or more of the following content areas: quality metrics and analytic strategy for health and social care services; program evaluation using a range of qualitative and quantitative methods; Medicaid; and cross-sector initiatives addressing the social determinants of health. This position leads multiple projects and small teams concurrently and is accountable for developing new work through proposal and grant writing, designing projects and project budgets, leading teams to create products and/or deliverables and accomplish project goals, providing direction and guidance to team members, and ensuring the overall success of projects.

Project topics will be varied but will likely include supporting clients to produce, visualize, and strategically use health care metrics, developing resources and training materials to help organizations build capacity for data and evaluation, providing data support for health systems transformation and cross-sector initiatives, creating and implementing evaluation plans for a wide range of programs and initiatives, and facilitating collaborative processes.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's Degree in Social Science or Humanities.

+ 3 years Program management experience working with professionals in various settings.

+ Experience managing the administrative components of large-scale projects.

+ Experience in the administrative component of developing grants/contract proposals to federal, state or private entities and providing ongoing communications or progress reports.

+ Experience in desktop computing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Master's Degree in Public Health or Social Science.

+ Data and research backgrounds.
