    Island Health is actively seeking a full-time general surgeon to join its team in the vibrant coastal community of Anacortes, Washington. With the recent addition of a DaVinci V surgical robot, we are looking for candidates with robot experience, proven quality outcomes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster relationships with referring physicians.     * Full time position

    * 4 day work week

    * 3+ years' experience strongly preferred

    * Robotics experience required

    * Compensation is between $486,268 and $583,522 per year

    * $30k sign on bonus
