RN Supervisor for Weekend Days

Up to $60/hr based on experience!

12-hour shifts * 7am -7pm

UMC is currently seeking an RN Supervisor for The Shores, our Senior Care Community located in Ocean City, NJ within picturesque Cape May County.

Requirements for an RN Supervisor:

+ Current, valid RN License in New Jersey

+ BSN preferred

+ 1 or more year(s) of supervisory experience in a Long-Term Care setting

+ 2 or more years of working experience in a Long-Term Care setting

Responsibilities for an RN Supervisor:

+ Oversee general building operations

+ Oversee employee time and attendance

+ Oversee environmental safety

+ Oversee clinical assessment and documentation

+ Handle resolution of customer complaints throughout the community

+ Ensure the community remains in compliance with NJ DOH and Federal regulatory guidelines

+ Ensure team members perform job tasks in line with organizations mission, vision and values
