AZURE PRODUCTION SUPPORT ENGINEER
POSITION SUMMARY
A driven Production Support Engineer is required to help support BeneLynk’s industry-leading case management platform. As BeneLynk scales out its product offerings, the need to ensure continuous operation with minimal downtime and timely, configuration-based features has become more important than ever. The Production Support Engineer must be a tenacious problem solver with a strong skill set and the motivation to “keep things running”.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Utilizing BeneLynk data ingestion framework, support the verification and ingestion (ETL) of customer data files from arrival (via SFTP) to operationalization.
+ Manage the movement of large datasets within our environment with an eye towards repeatability, automation, and information security.
+ Create, monitor, and troubleshoot customer engagement efforts. These efforts (aka campaigns) are typically phone or email-based, each requiring the implementation of a “targeting ruleset”.
+ Make timely adjustments to existing campaign definitions, cadence, mail templates.
+ Work with the Cloud Engineering team to build and maintain supporting infrastructure pieces supporting the Lynk360 application.
+ Respond to Lynk360 availability issues and provide support to software and cloud engineers.
+ Build monitoring and alerting that triggers symptoms of poorly performing subsystems before problems arise.
+ Document incidents so findings turn into repeatable, automatable actions.
+ Understand our 3rd party integrations monitor and troubleshoot issues outside of Lynk360 control.
QUALIFICATIONS
+ Education – Technical degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field
+ Experience – 3 years of experience supporting software applications utilized in a contact center environment. Experience in C#. Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall environments. The ideal candidate will have experience in start-up environments in a rapidgrowth environment. Possess intermediate proficiency in writing and maintaining SQL (any flavor) queries, stored procedures, views, and user-defined functions. Experience in a cloud environment, preferably Microsoft Azure.
+ Must be comfortable supporting applications and services and understand the basic architecture of cloud-based solutions.

Hours are flexible, but the role will be expected to coordinate with teams working out of several different time zones.
SALARY
From $80,000 USD annually
Compensation will be based on experience
