    What will make you stand out:

    + Comfortable with extensive overnight travel

    + 6-8 months in TIG Aluminum welding job is preferred

    + 1 – 2 years in any TIG welding job, any metal

    + Welding degree is preferred

    + Finger trigger experience with welders is preferred

    + Mechanical aptitude

    + Strong awareness of safety

    + We have a 3 year training program to prepare you for power plant welding

    + Travel to power plants to repair and maintain bus duct systems

    + TIG Aluminum welding for majority of jobs

    + Be ready for emergency work

    + Comfortable with heights of 60ft or more

    + Comfortable welding outdoors in varying climates

    + Desire to learn and grow within the training program

    + Comfortable with extensive overnight travel

    What we are looking for:

    + 6 months of experience as a TIG Welder

    + 6 months of experience with TIG Aluminum

    + Certification of Welding from accredited school is required

    + Comfortable with heights

    + Valid Driver's License

    + Ability to become certified in accordance with the company’s welding procedures.

    + Demonstrated knowledge of raw materials, welding processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacturing of goods.

    + Demonstrative ability to read and write processes.

    + Physical ability to independently lift, carry or maneuver up to 50 pounds.

    + Demonstrated ability to communicate (verbal/written) effectively with customers, suppliers and employees.

    + Demonstrative ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment.

    + Demonstrative ability to use computers and shop reference manuals.

    + Demonstrative knowledge of blueprint reading.

    + Available and open to extensive overnight travel as deemed necessary.
