Treasury Digital Product Analyst

PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE** **:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Treasury Digital Product Manager to join Eastern Bank’s Treasury Product Management team. You will be tactically focused and lead aspects of the development, implementation, and support of our online solution (leverages Bottomline Technologies) for Commercial and Business Banking clients. In addition, you will be involved in the development, deployment, and support of additional digital automated solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production support, system monitoring, data analytics, and project management. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our digital systems, maintaining compliance, and facilitating effective communication and training among stakeholders.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES** **:
Production Support:
+ Manage day-to-day production support
+ Manage tickets in Bottomline portal
+ Monitor system performance and maintain and respond to any alerts.
+ Ensure platform is current and only active companies and services are enabled
+ Validate monthly FIS password resets and Bottomline maintenance.
+ Manage the Bottomline journey map and project list, acting as the project lead for related initiatives.
+ Manage the Bottomline backlog
+ Ensure backlog is clear and concise
+ Prioritize backlog based on business needs- work with teams on project
Implementation and Testing Support:
+ Oversee the implementation and testing on Bottomline projects, scripts, setting changes, etc.
+ Work with SMEs as consultants
+ Manage settings and workflows to ensure we are in compliance and using the security features. Work with various stakeholders to ensure they are aware and providing input
+ For release, work with project team to prepare release notes and support managing the upgrade process taking leads in many areas.
Marketing & Guides:
+ Maintain and update marketing materials and sites
+ Maintain and update internal and external user guides
+ Maintain and update sell sheets for products delivered through Bottomline working with specific Product Managers
Communication and Training for Internal support:
+ Keep key stakeholders informed and trained on product updates and changes.
+ Lead weekly product support calls with Bottomline to address issues and support production
+ Create a knowledge center for an internal training resource
+ Support scrum chat and collaborate with internal teams for next steps and/or issue resolution.
REQUIREMENTS** **:
**Education and Experience** :
+ 5+ years of experience in product management, digital banking, or a related role in banking or financial services.
+ Strong understanding of online banking for business and corporate clients, cash management products and services including embedded banking.
**Skills/Knowledge** :
+ Working knowledge of Bottomline Technologies online platform a plus.
+ Experience working with third-party vendors, managing technology platforms, and participating in technology projects.
+ Proven ability to navigate cross-functional environments and influence without authority.
+ Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
+ Familiarity with product development lifecycle and project management lifecycle.
+ Ability to define requirements, test online applications, monitor and report status and risk and issues
+ Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
