Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist (CF-SLP)
AnthroMed Education is a growing group of Speech- Language Pathologists in schools who provide the speech services students deserve. Here at AnthroMed, we focus solely on creating an environment for our SLPs to produce and maintain better outcomes in schools. We are seeking compassionate and skilled CF-SLPs in Aurora to join our team for the 2025-26 school year!
Our Process
+ Apply and meet the AnthroMed Team: Qualified applicants will be invited to a Zoom to meet us to learn all about our process and the support we provide!
+ Learn about you: What grade levels are you searching for, and what eligibilities do you have experience with? How far do you want to travel? This will help us match you to schools that we partner with!
+ Start interviewing with our school partners to dive into the caseload, school culture, and specifics for each role.
Clinical Fellow Support
+ AnthroMed has a vast network of wonderful Clinical Fellowship Mentors to match you with and support you throughout your CF year.
+ We host bi-weekly team meetings with all SLPs on our team, giving you a chance to network and problem-solve together!
+ We provide regular one-on-one caseload support and mentorship with our Clinical Support Director for all CFYs.
+ We provide a generous materials database and additional stipend for the school year!
+ You will be reimbursed for 100% of your ASHA dues and licensure fees in the state of Colorado
+ Eligibility for our Jumpstart Salary Program, where you're able to start receiving benefits and salary in the summer before the first day of school!

Qualifications
+ Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
+ Experience as a Graduate Student Clinician in a school setting preferred
+ Desire to work in a team-oriented school setting and a passion for providing quality speech therapy services to students
+ Ability to obtain School Speech-Language Pathologist licensure through CDE

Salary Range: $66,000 - $68,500/year
