    Overview

     

    As the Vice President of Operations at CoLab, you will steer the company’s operational framework, driving strategic initiatives that enhance organizational efficiency and performance. Partnering with senior leaders, you will ensure optimal resource allocation, process improvements, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development. Your leadership will be crucial in aligning operations with CoLab's mission and strategic goals.

    Responsibilities

    _Strategic Leadership and Operational Excellence_

    • Develop and execute strategic operational plans alongside executive leadership.

    • Lead high-level resource planning and decision-making with cross-functional teams.

    • Streamline and enhance operational procedures for effectiveness and scalability.

    • Collaborate with project management to optimize team structures, project planning, and staffing.

    _Cross-Functional Collaboration_

    • Serve as the primary liaison among ELT, Resource Management, Finance, Production, and other business sectors to ensure cohesive operations.

    • Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other departments for seamless logistics and communication execution.

    • Work with Finance Leads to monitor and optimize budgets and resource allocation across disciplines.

    • Facilitate strategic discussions and OKRs with the Team Pfizer Operations team.

    _Process Improvement and Training & Development_

    • Lead process accountability initiatives, driving leadership satisfaction and organizational success through improvement.

    • Identify operational efficiencies and process enhancement opportunities via interviews and audits.

    • Design and implement training programs, schedules, and ongoing feedback mechanisms fostering continuous learning.

    Qualifications

    • Over 10 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a senior operations role within a client-oriented services environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

    • Proven leadership in a senior operations role with a track record for driving growth and excellence.

    • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience leading diverse teams.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and operational resources efficiently.

    • Skilled in leveraging technology and innovation to improve operational processes.

    Compensation Range: $119,510.00 - $188,025.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
