How You’ll Make an Impact
The Account Director – Digital is an individual contributor role responsible for owning and driving success for one or more strategic Epsilon Digital clients within the Retail vertical. In this client-facing role, you will partner closely with the Epsilon Sales team as well as key internal cross-functional teams (and sometimes Publicis agency partners) to meet and exceed client goals and expectations with a focus on adoption and successful activation of Epsilon’s person-first digital media solutions. Your strategic leadership and commitment to client centricity will help retain clients, enhance client satisfaction, and strengthen Epsilon's position as a market leader within the digital media landscape.
What You’ll Achieve
In this role, you will establish and enhance client value and relationships by consistently delivering digital media-focused solutions and data-driven strategies that achieve client business objectives and KPIs while ensuring magnificent execution on the Epsilon platform. Your strategic leadership and expertise will drive successful solutioning and execution of client programs across all products and formats (display, video, audio, etc.). You will partner with Sales to find opportunities for program optimization and incremental revenue to fuel account growth, and your strategic insights and recommendations will help shape and expand client roadmaps. You'll develop and implement strategic media plans, and work closely with various internal teams such as technical & data engineers, media, analytics, and creative. You will become an expert on the Epsilon Digital Media suite of offerings and how those are activated for clients. Client responsibilities include handling day-to-day client interactions, presenting in virtual and on-site meetings, and being consultative with client questions and concerns.
+ **Client and Revenue Growth:**
+ Provide consultative, strategic support and guidance to team on assigned book of clients.
+ Participate in key client presentations, oversee new client onboarding, and performance review/planning sessions.
+ Develop strong, collaborative partnerships with the sales team and leadership to fuel client and vertical growth.
+ Oversee and in some cases own account execution, reporting KPIs and rollup of program adoption, account risk, and mitigation strategies.
+ **Leadership:**
+ Develop strong partnerships with cross-teams to encourage successful collaboration.
+ Indirectly oversee and delegate to team of executional resources that will support your client base
+ Guide priorities for internal resources to ensure timely launches and increase delivery for each client.
+ Serve as a change agent who is inquisitive, seeks understanding, and is committed to enhancing our performance.
+ Cultivate a collaborative environment to encourage respectful exchange of ideas.
+ Work collaboratively with AM senior leadership to refine and develop processes, standard methodologies, and new approaches for the department.
+ Demonstrate strong decision-making skills weighing pros and cons to independently choose effective methods and techniques.
+ **Operational Efficiency:**
+ Drive operational scalability and efficiency on all accounts, seeking standardization and automation wherever possible.
+ Understand the full capabilities of our tools and systems to guide the team on efficient launch methods and support troubleshooting.
+ Other duties as assigned.
Who You Are
Seeking a professional with a passion for marketing, client success, and strategic digital media planning and execution. You excel at getting things done and building strong, lasting client and internal relationships. Your ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for growth sets you apart, as does your knack for understanding the details of how things work behind the scenes to provide the best solutions to clients. Analytical by nature, you are comfortable working with data to uncover insights and deliver results for clients, while also getting into the details of launch processes and execution to drive solutioning and process/efficiency improvements as necessary.
What You'll Bring with you:
+ Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university.
+ 9+ years of experience, with experience in digital marketing preferred.
+ Excellent client service and business acumen, presentation, and writing skills.
+ Organized, self-starter adept at prioritizing and handling multiple projects while consistently meeting and exceeding objectives.
+ Strong entrepreneurial attitude and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
+ Capable of partnering successfully at all levels of an organization and client base to accomplish goals.
+ Ability to learn quickly, think strategically, and identify areas of improvement and act on them.
+ Ability to lead through influence and gain consensus in a cross-functional environment.
+ Ability to leverage team experience and knowledge to continuously improve processes and results.
+ Strong decision-making skills, confidently making independent choices without constant external input.

Base Salary: $114,000 - $130,000
In addition to base salary, this role may be bonus or incentive compensation eligible. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
