Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $23/hr

What You’ll Do Day-to-Day
+ Perform repetitive to non-repetitive assembly and functional testing of aircraft components
+ Troubleshoot and analyze systems to identify issues and recommend corrective steps per OEM and regulatory procedures
+ Operate both manual and automated assembly/test equipment, including in-circuit and functional test fixtures
+ Solder and inspect complex electronic boards following strict quality and safety guidelines
+ Set up and calibrate tools and machinery for precise electronic assembly
+ Record data accurately and update documentation control systems (e.g., Word, Excel, SAP)
+ Communicate findings and collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
What You Bring to the Table
Required Qualifications:
+ 3–5 years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, or assembly
+ Strong knowledge of soldering techniques, SMT systems, and quality inspection standards
+ Ability to read and follow detailed technical documentation and engineering drawings
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with tight deadlines
+ Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small components
+ Clear written and verbal communication skills
+ Team-oriented mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Associate’s degree in electronics, engineering technology, or a related field
+ Experience using SAP and other manufacturing systems
+ Background in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries
+ Certification in soldering or electronics assembly is a plus

**Pay Details:** $23.00 per hour
