    We’re looking for a hands-on Facilities Maintenance Field Technician ready to tackle everything from HVAC systems to plumbing and electrical repairs across multiple commercial sites in the Charleston area. If you thrive on variety, problem-solving, and being the go-to expert, this role is built for you.

    What You’ll Do:

    + Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life safety systems in commercial facilities.

    + Travel between multiple sites with a company-provided vehicle and gas card.

    + Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.

    + Maintain building systems to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.

    + Support contractor oversight and coordinate vendor work as needed.

    + Keep accurate records, complete work orders using CMMS platforms, and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

    What You Bring:

    + 5–7 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance.

    + Strong expertise in one or more core trade areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems.

    + EPA 608 Type II certification (Universal preferred).

    + Proven ability to diagnose and correct system malfunctions quickly and effectively.

    + Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and mobile work order systems.

    + Valid driver’s license required.

    Bonus Points:

    + Trade school or formal training in electrical, HVAC, or refrigeration.

    + Experience with refrigeration systems and walk-in coolers.

    + Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with preventive maintenance programs.

    **Pay Details:** $42.65 per hour
