Bilingual Spanish Clinician
The Opportunity
Family and Children’s Association (FCA) is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Clinician to provide direct treatment to individuals seeking services at the Family Treatment and Recovery Centers. As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, the Clinician will deliver high-quality, culturally responsive care to individuals and families, working collaboratively to support their treatment and recovery goals.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions, along with any other prescribed treatment services, in accordance with agency and regulatory standards.
+ Maintain productivity and caseload targets while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
+ Conduct initial intake assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and collaborate with the clinical team on treatment recommendations.
+ Develop, implement, and monitor client treatment plans, ensuring progress is tracked and goals are met.
+ Collaborate with external service providers and regularly communicate with courts, probation, parole, and other relevant agencies to ensure coordinated care.
+ Complete and maintain accurate client records and all required reports, submitting documentation on time in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in a Human Services-related field required.
+ QHP credential required: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, and/or CASAC; candidates eligible for a limited permit or CASAC-T will be considered.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience providing individual and group counseling to individuals with substance use or mental health issues (internship experience will be considered).
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
+ Bilingual in Spanish and proficient in MS Office.
