    Join our Supplier Compliance team to support enterprise-wide initiatives by collecting, analyzing, and managing supplier data for regulatory alignment. This role is central to ensuring our suppliers meet global compliance standards and that accurate data is captured to support reporting and risk mitigation efforts across the organization. While knowledge of procurement and logistics is a plus, this position is focused on supplier compliance and regulatory data coordination.

    What You Will Do:

    • Lead and support supplier compliance campaigns related to various global regulatory requirements

    • Analyze and maintain data for key compliance processes, ensuring quality outputs and continuous improvement

    + Liaison between procurement and nonresponsive suppliers

    • Guide and support suppliers in completing regulatory disclosures and substance compliance submissions

    • Perform analytical and administrative tasks tied to enterprise-wide supplier compliance strategies

     

    Degree Requirement

     

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Compliance or related field.

    What you will have:

    **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to evaluate complex data sets and identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improved compliance and reporting.

    • Defines and assesses issues using structured analytical tools

    • Uses charts, diagrams, and frameworks to interpret data patterns

    • Draws conclusions and provides recommendations based on analysis

    **Effective Communications** : Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external suppliers, including guiding them through compliance expectations.

    • Gives and receives feedback constructively

    • Prepares clear written reports and emails for both technical and non-technical audiences

    • Reads non-verbal cues and tailors communication style accordingly

    **Project Management** : Supports ongoing projects related to supplier compliance through data tracking, stakeholder communication, and documentation management.

    • Contributes to project timelines and supports milestone tracking

    • Assists with stakeholder coordination and status updates

    • Provides inputs for compliance metrics and dashboards

    Top Candidates Will Have:

    • Previous experience in supplier compliance, product stewardship, or regulatory data management

    • Familiarity with compliance programs

    • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)

    • Exposure to procurement or logistics environments, with an understanding of how compliance integrates into supply chain operations

    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external suppliers

    Additional Information:

    + The location for this position is Peoria, IL or Irving, TX.

    + Relocation assistance is not available for this position. Any relocation costs incurred would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.

    + This position will require less than 15% travel.

    Summary Pay Range:

    $95,640.00 - $143,520.00

     

    Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
