Based in our Mount Pleasant, PA facility, you will lead continuous improvement projects, optimize production processes, and support our Capacitor and Filters product line. How You'll Make an Impact

+ Support the Manufacturing Production Team to execute our S>>Q>D>I>C vision.

+ Lead process optimization and equipment layout improvements.

+ Develop manufacturing procedures, standard work, and tooling concepts.

+ Identify and resolve manufacturing and testing bottlenecks.

+ Monitor key production metrics and drive corrective actions.

+ Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects.

+ Develop and maintain training materials and work instructions.

+ Drive process standardization across product lines.

Your Background

+ Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.

+ 3+ years of experience in manufacturing process development or industrial engineering.

+ Strong understanding of process flow, equipment layout design, and manufacturing efficiency.

+ Experience in high-mix, low-volume, or engineered-to-order environments is a plus.

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement principles.

+ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
