This position is responsible for performing any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of our products. This position will relieve other Cooler Operators while they are on vacation. Cooler Operators are Order Pickers, Forklift Operators, and Case Washer Operators.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the loading and unloading of trailers

• Monitor product, materials, and equipment to ensure items are readily available

• Rotate stock according to code dates to ensure first-in, first-out rotation

• Complete any task assigned due to vacancy within the department

• Record movement of stock in and out of work area

THESE POSITIONS EARN $24.16 PER HOUR, PLUS OVERTIME

SCHEDULE is Sunday - Thursday 7:00 A.M. to 3:00 PM

Requirements

+ **Must have recent forklift experience**

+ Must be able to pass a forklift certification test

+ High school diploma or GED preferred

+ Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals

+ Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs, frequently lift and/or move above shoulder height, stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift

+ Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit

+ Be able to effectively work in a team environment

+ Be able to read, write and speak English

+ Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
