Holy Family Catholic Schools in Dubuque, Iowa, is seeking **Classroom Associate** to join our team! This full-time, 9-month position (school year only) will begin in the 2025-2026 school year.

Classroom Associates play a vital role in supporting teachers and students. They help create a **positive, nurturing, and structured** learning environment while reinforcing classroom instruction. Responsibilities include:

+ Assisting the teacher in delivering instruction and supporting student learning

+ Providing **small-group and one-on-one support** to reinforce lessons

+ Maintaining a **calm, encouraging, and firm** approach to classroom management

+ Supporting students with **re-teaching and reinforcing activities** guided by the teacher

+ Assisting with **morning supervision, lunchroom duty, and bus duty** (some duties may extend beyond the school day)

+ Upholding **strong communication skills and confidentiality** in all interactions

Positions are available at the following locations:

+ **Resurrection Elementary School** , 4320 Asbury Rd.

+ **St. Columbkille Elementary School** , 1198 Rush St.

We offer a **starting wage of $16.00 per hour** . The following benefits are also available to full-time employees:
