Position Summary...

As a Director - Driver Research & Insights you will lead a team of Senior Managers, leveraging your natural curiosity and your strong knowledge of research methodologies to lead strategic initiatives within our End 2 End Delivery business. You will develop recommendations, roadmaps, and strategies, by sourcing, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data and information, to provide influence and insight on current and future business trends. You will be conducting analyses of initiatives to understand and communicate trends, translating data analysis into recommendations aligned with business objectives; and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop processes and strategies that help meet business goals.

What you'll do...

+ Have a deep understanding of research methodologies and are skilled in using insights to create business strategies

+ Possess strong analytical, research, strategy, product skills to interpret insights coming from various initiatives and data sources

+ Bring experience in research in the areas of Voice of the Driver / Customer or loyalty

+ Have experience in the Last Mile Delivery space or a deep knowledge of the gig industry and the marketplace economy

+ You are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with day-to-day ambiguity

+ Demonstrate your ability to be a business leader with experience in a demanding environment

+ Be a strategic thinker, and have the ability to look at the long term and are comfortable making tough decisions

+ Execute, with strong discipline and organization skills

+ Oversee the execution of large-scale projects, developing recommendations by interpreting data and information

+ Build relationships with key stakeholders; leveraging best practices from cross-functional partners

+ Cultivate an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics, while supporting our Open Door Policy.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 3 years’ supervisory experience.
