We're seeking a **Global TA Operations Lead** to drive excellence in our Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will support day-to-day recruiting operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and contributing to the continuous improvement of key areas like compliance, vendor performance and internal controls. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to broader TA strategies, new initiatives and projects to optimize our strategy as the team evolves.
What you’ll do:
+ Manage our vendor and supplier relationships to ensure we achieve ROI in recruiting and cost effectiveness, compliance, and best-in-class partnerships, including leading market tests as needed.
+ Manage TA invoicing review and approvals to ensure accuracy, timely processing, and audit for cost opportunities.
+ Manage all contract and PO renewals, multi-year agreements and other internal supporting documents.
+ Oversee the TA budget and spend, providing business owners with guidance and support and conducting monthly reviews.
+ Oversee contractor and FTE headcount changes and manage forms to support approvals, onboarding and offboarding.
+ Support process compliance through documentation, training, communications and audits to ensure adherence to local laws and government requirements.
+ Manage supplier onboarding including Security Reviews to support TA vendors and tools. This includes reviewing and ensuring local and global hiring compliance including but not limited to GDPR, EEO, OFCCP, local privacy laws, and AI tech reviews, etc.
+ Lead, implement, and monitor internal controls and processes with internal and external stakeholder group including reviewing and updating critical documentation related to tool compliance, reporting, audits, and controls.
+ Align global stakeholders and peers to ensure resources and activities move towards centralization.
+ Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence through regular audits, recruiting and hiring processes, systems configuration, invoice/budgets, and internal stakeholder engagement processes.
+ Participate in new initiatives and projects to further optimize the talent acquisition strategy, with responsibilities expanding as the team grows and priorities shift.
You'll have...
+ 5+ years of Recruiting Operations experience.
+ 3+ years’ experience with vendor or client relationships, contracts, and invoicing.
+ 3+ years’ experience in reporting, audit, and compliance.
+ 2+ years’ experience using excel to combine disparate data sets, creating macros, building templates, using v-lookups and slicers.

+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration.
+ Attention to detail and ability to think strategically.
+ Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity.
+ Interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships.
+ Skilled at oral communications with senior management; speaks with empathy and confidence.
+ Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Experience with recruiting compliance and regulations.
