    Shearwater Systems LLC,** a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a **Facility/Safety Manager** to join our Team in **Lee's Summit, MO** **.

    Position Responsibilities:

    + Maintain accurate records of the condition of the equipment.

    + Participate in the development of policies and procedures that affect the use of supplies and facilities.

    + Ensure that all the equipment and other facilities are working properly.

    + Initiate interventions to solve problems.

    + Oversee cleaning, repair and maintenance of contractor equipment.

    + Initiate an active campaign on safety measures.

    + Evaluate the work quality of staff and other subordinates.

    + Participate in preparing company facilities maintenance budgets.

    + Coordinate/communicate with the upper management on work issues

    Position Requirements:

    + U.S. Citizen

    + Valid U.S, Driver’s License

    + Active Secret Clearance

    + Minimum H.S. Diploma or G.E.D. required ; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field considered a strengthPrior experience in a warehouse environment or in security, policy, military, facilities, or equivalent work experience preferred, but not required.

    + The Facilities/Safety Manager(s) (F/SM) must possess the OSHA 30-hour General Industry Safety and Health Certification.

    + Demonstrated experience in:

    + Preparing statistical and analytical reports.

    + Must be able to pass a drug test

    + Must be able to pass a background ck which includes credit, criminal and DMV.

    + Excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills

    + Must be computer literate
