The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Multi-Domain Counter-Unmanned Systems (CUxS) Program/Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a dynamic individual capable of handling diverse CUxS projects across multiple domains, with a focus on developing both current initiatives and future talent in program management. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
+ Oversee multiple small-scale CUxS initiatives as they develop for Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and international clients.
+ Foster the growth of future Program Managers by involving them in ongoing projects.
+ Support projects utilizing various systems including BEAM, CORIAN, Integrated CUAS Vehicle, and potentially other classified CUxS solutions.
+ Analyze cost, schedule, and performance aspects of assigned programs.
Additional Responsibilities:
+ Provide comprehensive project management, including updating CACI and customer program documentation, reporting, and tracking of cost, schedule, and performance parameters.
+ Monitor progress and delivery of Program/Project CDRLs (Contract Data Requirements List), reporting trends, expected issues, and other programmatic risks to Senior Program Managers.
+ Facilitate coordination with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineers, procurement, security, business development/sales, strategy, PFA/finance, pricing) to ensure adequate resourcing and make recommendations to Senior Program Managers.
+ Manage Program/Project change requests throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement changes, design updates, quote development, procurement, installation, sustainment, and acceptance.
+ Support Program/Project inventory management, including Government Furnished Material (GFM) and Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
+ Provide weekly summaries on programmatic efforts to Senior Program Managers, ensuring synchronized understanding across the CUxS portfolio.
+ Create, document, and manage program documentation, evaluate processes, and oversee product delivery.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
+ Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Science, International Relations, Project/Technology Management, Computer Science, or other related discipline
+ 1-3 years of related experience or a combination of skills, education, and experience
Technical Skills:
+ Experience with Agile methodologies
+ Ability to support Knowledge Management functions through SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and/or similar CACI teamwork/workflow applications
+ Proficiency in developing reports and briefings using Microsoft software applications, primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Soft Skills:
+ Experience with stakeholder management
+ Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Security Clearance:
+ Ability to obtain SECRET Clearance

+ Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or
+ Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Communication Skills:
+ Ability to communicate and engage with very senior members of Government, Industry, and Academia
Additional Technical Skills:
+ Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio (considered a plus)
Organizational Knowledge:
+ Experience with CACI internal processes and procedures
Industry Knowledge:
+ Familiarity with Government Contracting
Security Clearance:
+ Active SECRET Clearance

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$71,500 - $150,200
