    As our **Travel Manager** , you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end corporate travel program. Every day you will be optimizing vendor relationships, ensuring policy compliance, and overseeing corporate credit card administration. To thrive you must have senior level experience in travel program management, have solid analytical and relationship building skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage all aspects of the corporate travel program, including policy updates, compliance monitoring, traveler support, and vendor negotiations.

    + Serve as the primary liaison with the Travel Management Company (TMC), airlines, hotels, and other travel-related vendors.

    + Ensure the travel policy aligns with procurement goals, cost savings targets, and traveler satisfaction.

    + Implement duty of care standards and tools for employee safety and risk management during business travel.

    + Monitor travel trends and benchmark data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.

    Corporate Card & Expense Management

    + Administer the corporate credit card program, including issuing new cards, tracking usage, enforcing policies, and resolving cardholder issues.

    + Coordinate with Finance and AP teams to ensure timely reconciliation and accurate expense reporting.

    + Partner with stakeholders to optimize the expense management tool (e.g., Concur), ensuring efficient workflows and high compliance.

    Reporting & Analytics

    + Generate and analyze regular reports on travel spend, compliance, card usage, and supplier performance.

    + Provide insights and recommendations to Procurement and Finance leadership to drive continuous improvement.

    + Support internal audits and data requests as needed.

    + Stakeholder Engagement

    + Act as the subject matter expert on all travel and card-related inquiries.

    + Train and support employees on travel booking tools, policies, and credit card usage.

    + Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders to drive adoption and compliance.

    Experience and Skills:

    + Minimum of 5-10 years of travel management experience

    + Expertise with Concur-Travel and Invoice Software

    + Preferred to have Global Travel Professional- GTP Certification from GBTA-Global Business Travel Association

     

    For this US-based position, the base pay range is $59,282.00 - $110,424.03 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

     

    This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
