    Lawn Care Supervisor

     

    Nader's Pest Raiders is looking to hire a full-time Lawn Care Supervisor to provide uncompromised service to Lawn and Ornamental customers by evaluating and diagnosing lawn and ornamental needs and using hand and powered equipment to apply fertilizer, insecticides, fungicides, and herbicides.

    A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LAWN CARE SUPERVISOR

     

    As a Lawn Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that you and your team are successful in daily activities. Multi-tasking and organizational skills will be key. These activities include ensuring that your technicians are organized in their appointment scheduling and service tickets. They will check in with you daily where you will verify that they have their vehicles, uniforms, product, equipment, and paperwork in order. Your skills in conflict resolution and effective communication will ensure your team and customers have an awesome experience with every interaction. As a seasoned Lawn Care technician, you will offer coaching, training, and support. You are not afraid to get dirty and can spend considerable time in the field assisting your team and providing coverage. Ultimately, you will be assisting the Branch Manager to achieve monthly performance goals.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + Experience in Ornamental Lawn Care treatment

    + Ability to pass the state of Florida's Best Management Practices exam for lawn care and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing

    + Able to pass internal technical exams

    + Possess current Driver's License

    + Maintain a driving record consistent with company standards

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek

    + Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed
