**Location:** Columbus, GA (Onsite Only)

**Job Type:** Direct Hire

**Pay Rate:** $50,000–$55,000/year

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | Preferred Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Flexible start time between 8:00–10:00 AM)

We are seeking a **Quality Specialist I** for a growing healthcare logistics and medical supply company based in **Columbus, GA** . What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Ensure adherence to site SOPs and regulatory requirements

+ Lead or support investigations related to **Non-Conformances** and **Customer Complaints**

+ Assist with **Validation Execution** and **CAPA Management**

+ Maintain and update **Quality Metrics** and KPIs

+ Review **Design History Records (DHRs)** for compliance

+ Support audit readiness and documentation practices in accordance with **FDA (21 CFR 820)** and **ISO 13485 / ISO 9001**

+ Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and quality team members

+ Provide backup support for other QA staff as needed

Your Background Should Include:

+ Associate or Bachelor's degree in **Biology** , **Biomedical Engineering** , **Life Sciences** , or equivalent work experience

+ **2+ years** of experience in a **regulated industry** (Medical Device, Biotech, or Pharma)

+ Familiarity with **Quality Management Systems (QMS)** and **Good Documentation Practices (GDP)**

+ Understanding of **Non-Conformance** , **CAPA** , and **Complaint Handling** processes

+ Strong attention to detail and time management skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office; QMS or LIMS experience a plus
