    Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. The well-capitalized company will have significant scale as a pure-play set of assets anchored by leading news, sports and entertainment content. The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.

    This role is a leadership-level position overseeing the end-to-end production of Peacock marketing campaigns. It combines strategic project management, creative operations leadership, stakeholder engagement, and people management. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Operations, this individual will lead a team of project managers and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—including creative, marketing, press, and social teams—as well as external agencies and vendors. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of operational rigor and creative support, driving innovative solutions while ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality.

    Core Responsibilities

    + Project Management

    + Oversee entire creative lifecycle for Peacock Original campaigns (video, print, digital, activations).

    + Manage timelines, budgets, asset trackers, risk mitigation, and reporting tools.

    + Ensure campaign delivery is on time and on budget.

    + Cross-Functional Leadership

    + Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, marketing, press, social) and external vendors/agencies.

    + Represent Campaign Operations and uphold project management best practices.

    + Navigate large-scale deals with production partners and negotiate contracts.

    + Team Management

    + Lead and develop a team of project managers.

    + Cultivate a high-performance, empathetic culture.

    + Provide mentorship and career growth opportunities.

    + Operational Excellence

    + Drive continuous improvement in workflows, tools, and team operations.

    + Change management and implementation of new processes with senior leadership.

    + Ensure accurate budget oversight and financial planning.

    + Education & Experience

    + Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

    + 8+ years managing marketing/creative production projects.

    + High adaptability and comfort with ambiguity.

    + Experience managing both internal teams and external agencies.

    + Additional Requirements

    + Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

    Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 ((bonus and long-term incentive eligible)
