Job Description:
The Chief of Staff and Commercial Excellence, Dental is responsible for a strategic role in the overall management of Dental organization, reporting to the Dental President. This role will have primary day-to-day responsibility for advising the President and managing the various commercial excellence strategic initiatives, coordinating operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, priorities and the strategic plan.
Essential Functions
+ Strategic Planning & Execution: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans and initiatives aligned with the organization's purpose, goals, and objectives.
+ Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution and effective resource allocation.
+ Communication: Facilitate communication flow within the organization, including disseminating information to relevant stakeholders.
+ Operational Oversight: Monitor organizational performance metrics and operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
+ Decision Support: Provide analytical support and strategic insights to the executive team, assisting in decision-making processes and evaluating potential opportunities or risks.
+ Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the executive leadership team, senior leaders across the enterprise, vendor partners, and Board Members.
+ Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of organizational policies, procedures, and best practices to promote consistency and compliance.
+ Comply with Company and department policies and standards; performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
+ 15 years project management and broad business experience and
+ Experience at an executive level

+ Master of Business Administration (MBA)

+ Office: This position primarily operates in a professional office environment in which team members occupy desks in assigned areas or at meeting/collaboration spaces within the building. The building's primary work areas consist of desks, chairs, computers, and other office equipment and devices for professional services.
+ Remote: This position primarily completes work from a remote setting, most commonly, a home office. This may be referenced as flexible workplace.
Travel Requirements
+ 30% Required to travel to business meetings and company locations.

The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount could exceed this range, based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills.
$196,000.00 - $245,000.00
