Job Summary:
Raytheon is seeking a **SPY-6 TRIMM Program Operations Lead** to be based out of Tewksbury or Andover, Massachusetts. In this role, you’ll provide operations program status and communicate critical issues to both the external and internal customers, offering solutions and implementing corrective action within a timely manner. To be successful, you’ll possess outstanding team building skills and will work closely with other Cross Business Teams and Integrated Program Teams to achieve both operations and program objectives.
What You Will Do:
+ Factory advocacy and single point program interface
+ Translate and flow down customer contractual requirements
+ Ensure executable schedules are loaded in MRP to support AOP and contractual on time delivery
+ Consolidated Operations EAC performance and forecasts
+ Factory interface to identify cross functional resources to mitigate barriers
+ Ensure accuracy for Operations proposal inputs (schedule, BOEs)
+ Support of planning, execution and reporting of hardware movement throughout all factories, labor/sales budgets, unit hour cost, Earned Value Management, Estimate at Completion reporting, and Annual Operating Plan
+ Work as key contributor in a Cross Business Team environment
+ Conduct Operations flow downs and knowledge sharing which include risk mitigation opportunity capture, and briefings to senior factory operations and program management leadership
+ Develop and execute risk and opportunity management plans, which utilize the CORE operating system and project management tool set
Qualifications You Must Have:
+ Typically requires a University Degree in Supply Chain Management, STEM/Technical discipline, Business Administration or Finance and 10+ years of Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Program or Project Management experience
+ Experience with operations manufacturing execution processes and procedures
Qualifications We Prefer:
+ Risk and Opportunity Management experience
+ EAC management experience
+ Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR
+ Experience leading or supporting proposal efforts
+ Experience leading teams and/or resolving issues across multiple disciplines / functions
+ Strong analytical and prioritization skills required to effectively manage work in progress (WIP) throughout the factories
+ Experience with PDM and PRISM
+ EVMS Certification
+ Advanced degree
+ Strong management and leadership skills
+ Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
