What you will do:
Pratt & Whitney AutoAir is looking for an organized, motivated individual to lead an organization of highly skilled supervisors, maintenance team members, multi-trade employees and contractors. This individual will lead the organization in completion of work related to building needs, power distribution operations, site security, capital installation of all machine tools/building upgrades, and preventive, proactive and reactive maintenance of machine tools. This person will provide leadership and direction with emphasis on team building that is responsive to organizational requirements.
+ Drive site toward both predictive and preventive maintenance
+ Communicate with business unit leaders, executives, and contractors to coordinate maintenance/repairs and operations activities to resolve machine and building-related issues
+ Provide overall technical guidance and direction to facilitate and assist the site in meeting production goals
+ Develop and prepare annual capital plan, including budgeting, cost estimating, with adherence to fiscal management principles and procedures
+ Monitor and authorize expenditures in accordance with established guidelines
+ Implement and lead various maintenance-related programs including routine, proactive, preventative and predictive maintenance
+ Develop and implement long and short-term plans and activities to meet the site’s needs related to maintenance and production operations
+ Evaluate benchmarks to determine productivity, customer satisfaction, and resource needs
+ Industrialize new production process’s through low rate production rates
+ Work with Business Unit Leader to insure operational needs are fulfilled to plan
+ Work hand in hand with EH&S leadership to ensure alignment with team Site security
Qualifications you must have:
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management, or applicable field and 12 years of relevant experience; OR an Advanced Degree and 10 years of relevant experience
+ U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Qualifications we prefer:
+ Experience in team leadership, facilitation and coaching
+ Knowledge of Machine tools, building systems, cooling towers, security/protective services, and construction management
+ Strong background in machine and building repair with working knowledge of NFPA 70e, NFPA 79, National Electrical Code and OSHA safety standards

This role is:
**Onsite:** Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
