• Inside Sales Associate - Durable Goods

    Regis HR Group (Miami, FL)


    Responsibilities:

    + Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and emailing potential clients

    + Build and maintain relationships with clients

    + Conduct product demonstrations and present key benefits

    + Qualify prospects to determine their needs

    + Manage the sales pipeline in the CRM system

    + Close sales and meet/exceed monthly quotas

    + Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up

    + Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies

    + Maintain updated knowledge of product offerings and industry trends

    Qualifications:

    + 1-3 years of inside sales experience

    + Durable goods retail sales experience, preferred

    + Bilingual in English & Spanish

    + Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

    + Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

    + Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

    + Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

    + Strong listening and presentation skills

    + Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
