    Business Analyst/Scrum Master

     

    **Arlluk Technology Solutions (ATS)** , a Koniag Government Services company, is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual with a **Top-Secret Clearance** to perform the duties of a **Business Analyst** to support **ATS** and our government customer onsite at FBI Central Records Complex (CRC), Winchester, VA.

    Position Overview:

    This position is for an experience Senior Scrum Master / Business Analyst to support the FBI’s Information Management Division by applying information technology solutions to their business processes. This position is responsible for the implementation of appropriate project management controls such as regular metric reporting and implementing necessary standards and metrics for project management. The scrum master and Sr. Business Analyst role will be responsible for leading the team to accomplish the goals of the organizational road map. This position will be expected to provide oversight and management of other program control resources and are responsible for deliverable quality reviews.

    Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

    + Independently initiate business process reviews to document functional and system requirements; produce standardized forms for gathering user input and feedback; and produce supporting artifacts, including user stories and acceptance criteria, story maps, data flows, process flows, etc.

    + Be a key contributor to the software development lifecycle

    + Expertise Knowledge in file and folder structure architecture and naming conventions

    Education, Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    + Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

    + Five Years of MS Desktop Productivity Suite 2013 or higher

    + Five Years of technical and college-level writing and grammar

    + Five Years of testing and documenting system performance

    + Working Knowledge with MS SharePoint/ SharePoint Designer 2013 or higher

    + Working Knowledge with MS Team Foundation Server 2015 or higher

    + Working Knowledge with Atlassian JIRA software and Confluence

    + Working Knowledge with MS Project 2016 or higher

    + Either have or be working towards a SCRUM certification
