You will be the Post Production Program Manager for the ILS team\. Our team is responsible for driving programmatic impacts, strategic development, and process improvements to support business objectives\.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Post Production Program Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Post Production PM team and facilitating strategic initiatives to drive business results\. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the ILS team by providing critical support and driving process improvements\.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Supporting programmatic impacts such as risk/opportunity management, CAPEX requests, and SIA facilitation
• Strategic development of the ILS team in the area of the 12 IPS elements
• Providing delegation coverage during absences of personnel
• Coordinating meeting logistics for TIMs and other customer/Sr\. Leader gatherings
• Strategizing and implementing process improvements
• Overseeing materials for contract deliverables

MUST BE A U\.S\. CITIZEN \- This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance\.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience in Standard Improvement Activities \(SIAs\) form a team lead or facilitator role
• Experience in the LM Capital Expenditures \(CAPEX\) process
• Past Integrated Logistics Support/Integrated Product Support \(ILS/IPS\) roles
• Past work on risk/opps\. and tools, such as IRIS, from presentation to mitigation closure
• Briefing Director level leaders
• Understanding of LM manufacturing
• Experience in taking minutes from meetings
• Experience in creating Standard Operating Procedures \(SOPs\) and/or Work Instructions
Desired Skills:
• Green Belt or higher certification
• Successful CAPEX track record from requirements to funding
• ILS/IPS lead experience
• Risk Management certification
• Briefing VP or higher, with an understanding of executive presence training
• Experience in submitting meeting minute CDRLs and/or tracking action items to closure
• Understanding of flow manufacturing and experience in capacity/utilization assessments
• Past creation of Standard Operating Procedures \(SOPs\) and/or Work Instructions
**Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Full\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site\. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $120,100 \- $208,150\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $104,500 \- $184,115\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

\(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year\.
