    Who You Are

     

    Global Supply Chain Management, Program Management for Subcontracts

    What You Will Be Doing

    You'll be the focal point and hold responsibility for overseeing critical subcontracted systems for all contract types and programs\. You'll direct and manage all costs, quality, schedule, financial and technical performance requirements that are levied on the subcontractor or the product family and are required to ensure performance and support of the contract milestones of the system\.

     

    You'll develop sourcing and subcontract program management strategic plans that address overall program capture needs and execution and act as the main focal point to the subcontractor and program management office\.

     

    Responsibility for and direction of all phases of the subcontract; from initiation of the business case for "make or buy" decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution will be yours\.

     

    Making decisions affecting the performance of the subcontractor\. Establishing milestone objectives and managing performance to committed schedules and contractual specifications\.

     

    Leading the team, which is normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement staff

    Further Information About This Opportunity

     

    This position is located in Fort Worth, TX à Discover Fort Worth\.

     

    You must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance, after hire\.

     

    Travel will be required \- \(approximately10% both Domestically and Internationally\)

    Basic Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

     

    Experienced in program management and/or supply chain management with responsibilities in managing complex subcontract/PO negotiations and solved complex issues associated with subcontract execution

     

    Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas

     

    Experience leading teams

     

    Professional communicator and a team leader; as this person will be responsible for building great relationships with supplier leaders, Lockheed Martin Aero counterparts

     

    Experience RCCA and corrective action methodology

     

    Experience collaborating and communicating cross\-functionally, building consensus and shaping/influencing opinion

     

    Advanced Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint

     

    Travel and manage supply base to include up to 10% travel \(both domestic and/or international travel\)

    Desired Skills:

    Experience as a strategic thinker with regard to the F\-35 program management and subcontracts responsibilities in order to identify risks and proactively mitigate said risks

     

    Knowledge of FAR/DFARs and DoD procurement policies and practices

     

    Advanced Project management experience, to execute complex project planning

     

    Create solutions for complex procurement challenges and present those solutions to senior leaders and customers

    Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance, after hire

    **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration\.

    **Ability to Work Remotely:** Part\-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process\.

    **Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

    **Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
